Disclaimer:
I am not a medical professional. I’m just one person—someone who understands how hard and overwhelming it can feel to make phone calls or schedule appointments when you’re already struggling. That’s why I created this service: to help lighten that load for others.
Please know that I am doing my best to respond to each request with care and attention. I ask for your patience and kindness as I work through submissions, especially as I’m currently running this service alone.
Important:
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
If you are in a mental health crisis, please reach out to a trained professional. You can call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline 988 for 24/7 support from someone who cares and is trained to help. You are not alone, and there are people ready to support you.
This service is not intended for emergency situations or urgent medical needs.
